What:  MAC-V & WCCO “Home for the Holidays,” 2025 Winter Salute Stand Down & Holiday Meal

When:  Wednesday, December 10th, 2025 overall from 9 am to 2 pm, Holiday Meal from 11 am to 1 pm

Where:  Target Field where the MN Twins Play. South Entrance, 372 N 5th St, Minneapolis MN Target Field Map PDF , Street Map to Target Field

Metro Transit Free Pass to and from the event click here. You’ll have to fill out a survey to get the free pass.

Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV) has a mission to end Veteran Homelessness in the whole state of Minnesota. They also try to help Veterans find employment.

At last year’s event, Reg Chapman of WCCO spoke. He is an 82nd Airborne Veteran. In 2023 MN Twins great Bert Blyleven spoke about a relative of his who served in the US Air Force.

Where:  CHS Field (where the St Paul Saints play) 360 N Broadway St, Saint Paul MN 55101 Map

Misc: This is a 1 day event dedicated to providing comprehensive support services and resources for homeless or at-risk Veterans

MAC-V (Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans)

MAC-V is a Minnesota Veterans Charitable Organization whose goal is to end Veteran Homelessness, and to help at-risk Veterans get back on their feet. They have a variety of programs to help Veterans find housing, and to help them find a job.
