Kathleen Bart

Biography in her words:

My name is Kathleen Bart. I have lived in Roseville for 36 years where my husband, Bill and I raised our 8 children. We are the happy grandparents to 14 grandchildren. I graduated from what is now Hopkins High School where I won the girls’ State High School tennis tournament twice and was awarded a full ride scholarship to Northwestern University in Evanston Illinois. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Minnesota and a Nursing Degree from Century College. I have worked as a nurse in Geriatrics for the last 10 years.
I began my political career speaking at Roseville school board meetings against transgenderism, boys in girls’ sports and biased history education. I have been the chair of House District 66A for the past 4 years. I am running for the 66 MN Senate seat to challenge the Democrat agenda of allowing rampant fraud to go unchecked for years, burdensome taxes that keep going up, and preferential treatment given to gender confused boys over girls in girls’ sports

Dave Hammer

Biography provided by Dave Hammer
David R. Hammer is asking your support as the Republican candidate for the MN District 66 seat in the Minnesota State Senate.
The purpose of my candidacy is to provide a seat at the table as the MN Senate addresses issues impacting the people of Minnesota.  That ‘voice at the table’ will bring a range of experiences to issues.
Those experiences have been gained as a result of …
… classroom instruction at the high school and university level;
… school administration as, what may have been the nation’s youngest, high school principal;
… educational research director for the MN Dept. of Education in the area of curriculum and staffing in our schools;
… chief financial officer in both the U of MN Extension Service serving all 87 counties in MN and The Rehabilitation Services Division of the MN Dept. of Economic Security;
… purchasing manager for the MN Dept. of Public Safety; and
… audit supervisor for the MN Teacher Retirement Assoc.That experience began with formal education including a BA in accounting, an MS in school administration, and AbD in school administration.  That is supported by over 40 years of making good things happen for those of us who are proud to call Minnesota our home.

Delegates & Alternates from House District 66A Republicans and HD 66B Republicans (2 separate Local Party Units) are needed in order to achieve quorum and thus a convention can be done.

60% of the Votes will be needed to endorse a candidate.

This post is an event notice, not the Official Convention Call. HD 66A & HD 66B Republican Delegates & Alternates should have received an Official Convention Call. If you are a Delegate from the last Precinct Caucuses in February 2026 in HD 66A or HD 66B Republicans you are eligible to vote in this Senate District Convention. If you are an Alternate and are Seated in place of an Absent Delegate you will be able to vote in this Convention. — admin
